This role is designed for Junior to Senior candidates who understand core eCommerce concepts and can contribute across the funnel (commercial, content, analytics, operations). You will join as a generalist first, then specialize into a function (Growth/Strategy, Creative & Content, Data/Analytics, or Operations) based on strengths and team needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Growth & Commercial
- Identify growth opportunities through market/competitive/category insights.
- Support commercial levers including pricing, promotion planning, and product positioning.
- Contribute to new product / new marketplace expansion initiatives.

2. Marketplace Operations (Amazon-first)

3. Content & Conversion
